Hi Surendra, This is likely a networking connectivity issue. Take a look at our Using VPC Documentation <https://scalr-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/display/docs/Configuring+VPC> for guidance on the network connectivity and Scalr configuration that will be required for use with VPCs.
