NACK. The other OVAL renamings are fine (don't care), but if we're going to rename files, please try to logically name them so that they will appear together (e.g. avoid beginning things with "ensure").
Really, there's no need for OVAL or OCIL checks to have a different ID than the Rule which can be used to activate them, but I think it's too late to simplify matters now... maybe we'll save that for the better authoring toolchain (many lessons learned -- and still learning) for RHEL 7.
