To standardize various XCCDF/OVAL names.
e.g. "password_min_age" was changed to "accounts_minimum_age_login_defs"
in this patch set. This meant that "var_password_min_age" was changed to
"var_accounts_minimum_age_login_defs" in the various XCCDF and OVAL
files, which drove up perceived invasiveness of the patch.
