Use ssh for commit. e.g.:
[remote "origin"]
url = ssh://git.fedorahosted.org/git/scap-security-guide.git
fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
[branch "master"]
remote = origin
merge = refs/heads/master
