The preferred way (I think) for the rule name would be to replace the actual "Remove MCS Translation Service (mcstrans)" with something like "Uninstall mcstrans Package if Possible" to be consistent with similar rule names from other sections. There's one whitespace error: 77 +note that Red Hat does not feel this rule is security relevant. $ and rule description could be probably elaborated based on the USGCB one from: shared/references/usgcb-rhel5desktop-xccdf.xml:2465 (just replace 'disable service' with 'uninstall package'). Otherwise it looks fine. Have tested on RHEL-6 & works properly.
