Shaw, to a man booing at the opening night of _Arms and the Man_ You know, I'm starting to see it both ways! Inspired by Alaric's spelling, "u8vectors", I do indeed see srfi-4 vectors as having that more rigid structure (even though Guile implements them all with bytevectors). While with bytevectors from R6RS, I've always seen them as blobs, as you see your blob API! Clearly the only way out of this loopy conundrum is to call them "bightvectors". >From a safe distance, Andy -- http://wingolog.org/ _______________________________________________ Scheme-reports mailing list [email protected] http://lists.scheme-reports.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/scheme-reports
