In the syntax of library rename clauses in §5.5.1 of draft 6, it looks like the subscripts are mixed up. There is a 1 subscript on <import set> and no subscript on the second identifier.
Also, I think the syntax of library rename clauses in §7.1.6 is wrong. After the <import set> it has "<export spec>+", but that doesn't match "(<identifier> <identifier>)+".
