Had a look and it seems to be somewhere towards where we want to be
going.  Anyone willing to investigate it for the following features?

- SGML rendering
- Ability to cross-ref by multiple criteria (course, class, subject,
  author, etc)
- Versioning
- Removal of tests and grading features (no need to clutter the site
  with features we don't need).
