Hi SB,     Just passing along a personal endorsement for Kim Norton.  She is running for the MSBA Director 1 positon.  I have known Kim for many years.  Currently, she is a school board member in Rochester.  I worked directly with her for 4 years when we served as state directors on the MN State PTA Board.  I ran a statewide arts program as MN Reflection Chair, and Kim was State VP and then MN State PTA president.      She's very organized, dynamic and leaderly.  After heading the state PTA, she has lots of state-level perspective and networking abilities.  Kim is a key player in the Alliance for Student Achievement, and was very supportive in communicating info for Winona's two Capitol rallies.      I hope you'll consider voting for Kim Norton to represent our district on the MSBA board.
