I appreciate the extensive thought process that has gone into the school closure criteria. Another point you might look at is the dollar amount that the fund raising efforts of the individual PTAs have contributed to their school in the past 5 years. This is not a measure of affluence. It is a measure of how much revenue the neighborhood school brings to the district. You could average this on a per pupil basis. I am aware of the playground equipment, computer technology, lyceums, field trips, fun nights (etc.) that our PTA has provided.
