A SchoolTool appliance ISO and virtual appliances for VMware and VirtualBox have been created and submitted for consideration by TurnKey Linux. I used TKLPatch to derive an ISO from TurnKey Linux's Core (11.0) Lucid. The material is available at http://9while9.com. I know they appreciate hearing from upstream developers; my hope is that they'll include a SchoolTool appliance in part 2 of the 11.0 release (coming very soon - I'm eager for a last minute nod).
