Hi Abhishek and Tom, Arati's has been working diligently on getting the SchoolTool book translated into Nepali. Since OLE Nepal has done much of the translation already, she will get further in this process then I originally thought.
Here is what we are doing: 1. Create a sphinx.po file (see attached) to add Nepali support to sphinx. We used the process that Matt Gallagher put together which is described here: http://proyectojuanchacon.blogspot.com/2011/05/creating-nepali-po-file-for-sphinx.html The resulting .po file with the translations that Arati could do on her own is attached. She could use help with some of the technical terms with which she is not familiar in Nepali. She is going to ask her parents tonight, but after that can we get help from OLE Nepal on any remaining words? As soon as the .po file is ready, we want to submit it to the sphinx developers for inclusion into sphinx. 2. Convert the translation work already completed by OLE Nepal into sphinx. Arati has learned ReStructuredText and is in the process of taking the translation work sent to her by Abhishek and converting it into ReST. OK, another great day working with Arati!
