The idea is that SchoolTool is a comprehensive framework, and that there are extensions and plugins that adapt it to local requirements and specifications. That makes SchoolTool itself more complex, because it needs to be flexible and adaptable, but I think we are getting there slowly. At the moment most of the work is on the core framework, but in time, the emphasis will shift to the plugins and tools that adapt it to local needs, like those of South Africa. >One area I believe is essential to be addressed is OBE assessment.
