Well, it certainly will be that, insofar as it is being developed by a
separate group with separate funding (and a common Debian packaging
manager).

We'll just have to decide at what point it makes more sense to include
it in the standard distribution.  Making users manually install
something that they'll likely want to use just to demonstrate that you
can manually install components is probably not a good strategy.

Anyway, we can decide that when the time comes.
