Gintautas Miliauskas put together Windows binaries for us, after I wasted untold hours trying to do the same on my slow Virtual PC setup. exe's for SchoolBell 1.2.2 and SchoolTool 0.11.2 are on http://schooltool.org
We'll have another bugfix release next week, reflecting the rest of POV's cleanup work from their current contract.
