[schooltool] Schooltool translation

I'm working on the dutch translation of schooltool proper, and I have a 
question. There are lots of references to 'sections' in the po file, but 
I'm not (yet) entirely sure in what context. Are sections parts of the 
UI (in which case I would translate them with 'onderdelen') or parts of 
the school/organization (in which case I would choose 'secties', this 
just so that any Dutch speakers on this list have a chance to disagree 
with me.)
