I uploaded links to Windows (thanks gintas), Mac and K12LTSP (thanks Eric) binaries for the latest bugfix releases to http://schooltool.org
The main improvements in these releases are fixes for a variety of bugs related to timezones and improper shifts in how events are displayed in the web interface. On the Mac I only did SchoolTool. It is an updated version of Daryl Hawes preference pane installer. This was my first crack at building one so I might have messed up the file ownership or something.
