Hi,
I was wondering if you think it would be possible to create a
videoconferencing application using Dirac.
I would like to do it in VS C++. I suppose I would need to wrap the codec in
RTP.
What is the best way to start a project? Can I include the codec as a
.dll?Where can I get it?
