Currently there is only a DirectShow Decoder using dirac-research is
available. However, DirectShow encoder and decoder filter that uses the
Schroedinger library is available at http://cross-lfs.org/~mlankhorst/

The .rgb file is an uncompressed file in RGB format. You'll need to
convert this raw file into a Dirac bitstream using the Dirac encoder.
The Dirac source comes with a command line utility to do the encoding.
