So what about http://diracvideo.org/wiki/index.php/Ffmpeg2dirac ? Last build was from 11-Feb-2009. I know devs are busy, but it could be quite useful to have win builds of encoder and decoder. I tried vlc 1.05 on win, but it does not have dirac dll included, so no go.
