I had the same mingw building issue your issue. The issue only appears to be in
the test suite so if you modify your makefiles to ignore the test suites
schroedinger should build correctly. If you need the testsuite then you may
have to try an older release?
I am also seeing the cuda issue you are getting along with the other issues. At
the minute I have no workaround, though I am about to try grabbing the missing
files from a previous schroedinger release and hopefully that will provide a
temporary fix.
