Hi, all:
I'm trying to build schrodinger under Win7+MinGW+GCC 4.6.2 .
I clearly have installed ORC for
> orcc --version
> Orc Compiler 0.4.16
In addition, I also did
> $ export ORC_CFLAGS="-I/usr/local/include"
> $ export ORC_CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/include"
> $ export ORC_LIBS="-L/usr/local/lib"
> # export PKG_CONFIG="/usr/local/lib"
However, whenever I configure
> $./configure
I got the error
> checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... ./configure: line 16380:
> /usr/local/lib: is a directory
> no
> checking for ORC... configure: error: orc-0.4 >= 0.4.16 is required
Seriously have no idea why it is so. Can anybody give me a hand?
