Matt Ridley is the well-known author of The Red
Queen: Sex and the Evolution of Human Nature;
The Agile Gene: How Nature turns on Nurture and
Genome: The Autobiography of a Species in 23
Chapters. He was founding chairman of the
International Centre for Life, a £70 million
science park and education project in the UK.
