The HARVARD/MIT SUBWAY LECTURE SERIES is presenting "Sensations of Tone: Wave Physics and the Creative Arts"
Wednesday, October 27th and Thursday, October 28th @ 5:30 PM Harvard University Science Center, 2nd floor gallery of the Collection of Historical Scientific Instruments This two evening event will feature performances by soprano Jane Sheldon and the Firebird Ensemble. Panelists will include Emily Dolan, Rick Heller, Mike Einziger, Jimena Canales, Alex Rehding, Myles Jackson and Moderator Peter Galison. This is being presented by SARGASSO ARTS and the Collection of Historical Scientific Instruments with the support of the Harvard Dean for Arts and Humanities, the French Consulate in Boston, and the Office for the Arts at Harvard.
