Please come to hear Orkideh Behrouzan speak at the Friday Morning Seminar at Harvard this Friday, October 14. Her dissertation defense presentation was during the summer (two summers ago) and some who might have enjoyed hearing it and were not in town then can have a second chance to hear reflections and further developments in her work. The ethnographic vehicle is Iranians both in Iran and increasingly professionals who have emigrated to the U.S., Canada, and England. The theoretical reach is as the title suggests more general, resonating for many in our global world today. Mike
