Scid includes a Mingw makefile, so if you're brave, try installing Mingw
(Minimalist GNU for Windows). Haven't used it myself, so i can't say if it's a
lot of work/do-able.
It ~is~ possible to cross compile a windows binary (under Linux) using
Mingw. I have a makefile if you want a copy.
