Hi! I've just uploaded an updated edition of the FIDE photo file.
You can fetch it from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/scid/files/Player%20Data/Latest%20data/FIDE-2010.zip/download (It might take some time till the file is transfered to all SourceForge mirrors.) The file contains 6877 player photos from the FIDE website scaled down for usage with Scid. This is an increase of about 25% compared to the 2009 edition.
