The code to stop engine after annotaion finishes looks something like 
this (attached)
... but for some reason it has a bug. When windows 
are undocked, the analysis
stops, but window is not destroyed.

It would be nice if at the end of annotating a game (or games -- if multiple 
games are selected for analysis) that SCID send a command to the engine to tell 
it to stop. This saves CPU wear (temperature will be lower) and battery (if 
using a laptop that is not plugged in).
