Hi,

Well, the ()'s explain the export behavior that you see.

Scid likes to keep player ratings stored with the game information. Games with "(<rrrr>)" in display in the game list, do not have such rating information attached. The <rrrr> given is taken from another game that was played by the same player in the same database.

And that is why the exported game does not show any rating info. There IS no rating info for that game.

As a confirmation, you may want to export a game that has a rating in display without ().

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Joost.

The scid version was 4.2.2 running on Windows XP x64 edition. Yes,
you're correct, the games have ratings marked with ()'s. What do
those markings mean? Thank you very much.

Are you sure that the games you export actually have rating
figures themselves (in other words: are rating figures identified
not between ()'s in the game list)?

Sorry to bother you but whenever I export any game or the

        much for your time.

        Hi,

        A few questions:

Which scid version? What platform/OS? Are you sure that the
games you export actually have rating figures themselves (in
other words: are rating figures identified not between ()'s in
        the game list)?

On scid we have today I cannot reproduce the problem that you see.

        Cheers,
        Joost.
