I might as well send them to you... (will do so!) The creation is a mere copying from the installation tree into the directory you decide to park the html. As to where they come from: If you are lucky you can find them somewhere around `which scid`. I cannot tell. After a local scid build they are in <scid_root>/scid/html/. On the windows distro they are in <prog files>/scid/bin/html/. Another suggestion, hence, is to pick a fresh tree from the scid sourceforge site yourself :-) Anyway, "do not directly export to the server". You may want to give the css a personal style anyway which you do not want to be overwritten. A fully loaded scid server, has one scid.js, at least one scid.css (per style?) and multiple games.html (plus the bitmaps).
