I am afraid, this is not possible within scid. (is it???) Would be great, if it were possible, btw
Did this however once by manually editing the pgn file. (Exporting both games to pgn, insert the one game in an editor into the other (when the have the same position, insert one game after stripping the first moves and put brackets () around the inserted game. Then import the edited pgn-file again. When done correctly, it hopefully works. It is of course just a workaround.
