Actually, Scid can annotate a bunch of games in a given database right from the GUI with whatever UCI engine you like. Anything wrong with that? Just start the engine and hit the "Annotate" button and adjust parameters in the upcoming dialogue. In short: - Open database - Tools / Analysis Engine (Ctrl-A) - Select the engine of your choice - in the upcoming window just hit the 7th button right of the number of lines to display Get a good coffee... Now, if you want for whatever reason to do this without GUI tcl/tools/analysis.tcl is your friend.
