The problem is that you have installed both the 32bit and 64bit versions 
of tcl/tk.
Uninstalling the 32bit version:
tcl-8.5.11-2.fc17.i686
tk-8.5.11-2.fc17.i686

should solve your problem (remember to re-run ./configure after uninstall).
