Hi Alexander,

This is not a bug in Suse's packages, but one of my brain :-[

I installed latest Opensuse 10.3 and noticed there is a tdom package on 
the DVD that is sufficient to install and now "package require tdom" 
works well. I think the package naming would having been clearer with 
"tcl-tdom".
At least this may help build the error message to the user in that case, 
something like "Please install the tdom package if you want to use this 
functionality".
