Plugins are out of box with Tcl (just a "source" command). But plugins need
to be managed (versions, regressions, automatic updates). So I'd prefer to
get rid of the problem at once and keep things simple : that is someone
asking site admins at TWIC about their will to let applications
automatically download files and keep their service available.
