Hello,

I am entertaining the idea of rebuilding Scid's website. Well, that's
an understatement, since I am on the verge of doing that right now.
But I wonder how to proceed.

The simplest would be to edit the pages as I go along. That I can't
for now, since I don't have admin rights, nor the clearance to make
changes without permission. Besides, Scid's site is in dire need to
have another architecture, with another page structure.

So maybe it would be a good idea to build up a development site
anyway. But then, the changes will come much more longer. That may
take a month or so, but not much more, even with my all my
procrastination skills.

That may be optimistic, as I would need to modify all the pages. If
it is, that may also be a good idea if I can correct some little
annoying perks I am seeing on the site on-the-fly. The two tasks
could complete themselves : I would work on the development site when
full of energy, then do some minor editing while entering the end of
my evening shift.

If I get no feedback soon, I will begin the work on the development
site. Then I'll have something I can show. So stay tuned.

Regards,

Benoit
