Hi!

As currently I'm working on the Input Engine code which is
so far working, I also addressed some points from the Todo.

- New namespace ExtHardware which holds config variables and
setup dialogue as well as save/restore function.
- New config file config/hardware.dat holding the setup for
   save/restore
- There is now a common config dialogue for both hardware
   interfaces
- Novag code uses common variables, the local config
   dialogue is gone
- Novag code now knows about the hardware connection button
and also shows up proper states there to the user
- The "Tools / Novag Citrine" menue is replaced by "Connect
Hardware" in the same place offering Config and both
   interfaces to be fired up.

I thought it's easier that I do these changes as you're
pretty busy right now, as you told us. Additionally, the
changes to novag.tcl are some 3 lines of additions, not
worth to mention, but just that you don't wonder that it got
touched.

I'll set up the docs and NLS, soon.

Concerning Input Engine status: it works for me already to
play games and so on, I think it is ready for the next
release. I'm now in the middle of polishing certain minor
issues.

Code is right now going into the CVS.
