This can happen if you try to run an application built against an aqua  
build of tk from the command line. I had done some work in the past to  
get an application bundle building on OS X but things have changed  
recently and I haven't kept up with the work needed to make things  
work in the new world order.

First, what version did you build?  Recent versions require tcl/tk 8.5  
if I'm not mistaken which makes the build process more complicated and  
requires a custom build of tcl and tk and a bunch more machinations  
that I quite frankly haven't been motivated to deal with.

Second, which make instructions did you follow?  More specifically,  
which makefile did you use?
