Hi Benigno,

It is a bug in Tk under windows that was first reported in 2005 and which is
still "open" in tracker at sourceforge ... So I found a work around simply
by removing the menus (!). When a window has a menu, there is an indicator
for it and clicking on the tab will popup the menu. That way, I spare space
and the main menu is better placed.

I just commited the code tonight (I did not plan to do it now ... so beware
there are other parts I am still working on, like the search windows).
