A notebook displays one window at a time, switchable through the tabs.

If there is only one tab, nothing. With multiple tabs, it is logical.

Sometimes the handle splitting two notebooks is hardly visible (depending
upon the theme) and for example 100% at the bottom. You have to move it to
see all windows.
