Ther're several used, but the tables are set in your fixed
font and as the name implies this should be a fixed font,
ie. something like Courier. (I prefer SGI Screen, a bitmaped
font that gives very readable text on screen. However, it is
not really scalable, you'd have to use the sizes supplied.)

Nope, but the fixed font is used throughout the interface in
all areas where a fixed font is needed. Therefore, it should
realy be a fixed width font.
