That's weird. Do other text widgets work correctly on MacOS, that is their content is selectable ?
At a glance I saw nothing in pinfo.tcl code preventing such selection. The problem is that I am reluctant to introduce too much MacOs specific code which will lead to maintainance problem in the future. I'd prefer to fix the bugs at their roots.
