not sure if this helps you, but you might also try and "finger mastergamebot" on fics. it will give you more handles, as it cross-stores opponent's names that have long disappeared from a player's history.

I started from demo account of "Adams, Michael" (FICS login "GMAdams"). Then execute history GMAdams and then executes history comands for every player from the "history GMAdams" output and so on and so forth.
