1. Open a db in scid.  Must have at least a few games.
   2. I am opening one with about 8.
   3. Set one flag. close the db main window.
   4. CLOSE SCID.
   5. Reopen SCID and then open the db. The flag is not there.


Perhaps it does not happen always.

*Another way to replicate: *


   1. Set some flags in a db.
   2. Delete a few games.
   3. Compact game file to remove the games permanently.
   4. Close and reopen the database.
   5. The flags are now gone

This last one was very frustrating because I had a large db and had set
quite a few flags. But everytime I deleted twin games and then compacted the
game file they would be gone.  I traced it to simply compacting the game
file.
