Hi!

As some of you may have noticed player info in Scid 4 features
additional links to external webpages. Namely FIDE, ICCF, WikiPedia, the
german national library catalogue and VIAF (only for the techies and my
future work ;) These links show up if you use Franz' latest
ratings/spell checking file for players where the appropriate info is
already added. (Mainly the big shots these days, its a bit of a work to
collect the data.)

Unfortunately, Wikipedia changed some services around and therefore
broke linkage to it. (One server changed specs, the other official
server seems offline for quite a while now).

Therefore, I introduced links to another resolver system today called
"SeeAlso". This system relies essentially on the same input as the
aforementioned services but offers a bit more flexibility, and, as it is
used by the largest german libraries association and hosted at VZG in
Göttingen it should be up and running 7/24. Please give it a try, code
is in cvs.

Note: you'll end up in german Wikipedia for the time being, however, you
may use the language links at the left side of the page to access the
articles in the other languages.

Note also: SeeAlso will allow us for language specific linking to
Wikipedia in the future. For this I will, however, require an XML parser
as I do already of Xfcc support in correspondence chess. TDOM should be
available on any major platform for this purpose. This is the point I'm
currently working on. Will take a bit, however, due to my quite busy
schedule these days.
