File -> Maintenance -> Compact Database

And then compact the game file.

They're supposed to be already deleted with the delete flag set (e.g., they
shouldn't show up in searches), but they do still show in places (e.g., the
game list -- which is where you could undelete them if you wished).

Compacting the game file frees up unused space, by removing deleted games.

Very user-unfriendely, in my opinion...
