Hi,
I've started writing my tournament feature (it's in scidvspc
subversion), and things are working ok :)
Except some engines occasional get lost in near mate
positions. It's a long-time, some-time thing with Scid's
analysis that i might have to fix. Does anyone have any ideas
about the root cause of the problem ?
As an example, with this FEN
"8/5Q2/8/8/K7/6k1/8/4R3 w - - 9 94"
stockfish analysis needs stopping and starting to make any
progress. You can't continuously press "add move".
And for a real laugh, try this FEN with Scidlet!!!
Start scidlet's analysis, and press "add move" a few times.
I think this engine is a little broken.
