This is entirely mis fault, I didn't check the file _after_ uploading it. That's a problem with the new Cocoa based Tk that ships with 10.6 and docked windows mode. I build the regular Tcl and Carbon based Tk 8.5.9 from source and use those to build Scid, there is no problem with that.
