Just start a new game, select language 'Nederlands' and move Nf3 (just use the mouse to avoid name translation probs during keyboard entry). This should really be displayed as Pf3, using the dutch term 'Paard'. But on my iMac, German does not work either. When using German, it should show the move as 'Sf3', but on OSX it shows it as 'Nf3'. On Windows 7, this move is shown as 'Pf3' for 'Nederlands', and as 'Sf3' for 'Deutsch'. Keyboard move entry apparently does not use 'piece translation'. Even on windows 7, when using 'Nederlands' or 'Deutsch', one has to enter 'Nf3' to get the piece moved. It does not understand keyboard entry Pf3 nor Sf3. So this is not an OSX-problem really.
