With an older version of SCID, I used to be able to click on Game --> Identify
Opening, and the opening name and ECO code would appear near the bottom of the
screen. Now that I have upgraded to version 4.5.2 (Linux), it doesn't work
anymore. The position of the game on the board does change to that of the
deepest line in the scid.eco database as it did before, but the opening name
and ECO code don't appear anywhere on the screen.
I want to see, for example:
Nimzo-Indian: Leningrad, ECO E30
I can see the ECO code if I click on Game --> Save: Add New Game --> Classify
Game, but that displays the ECO code only, not the opening name. I have
scid.eco loaded in /usr/share/scid/data.
